ADMISSION PROCEDURE

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Originals of all the certificates must be brought at the time of Interview for verification and the Photocopies of the certificates must be handed over at the time of admission.
  • Change of Name will not be allowed while undergoing the course.
  • Demand Draft for the payment of relevant fees, must be drawn in favour of "Tiruchirappalli Diocesan Educational Society, DEP", payable at Tiruchirappalli, from any Nationalised Bank.
  • The duly filled-in Application Form with the relevant documents should be sent before the last date to:

  • The candidates will be intimated through an admission letter.
  • Applicants must make a note of their Application Number before submitting it.
  • Any incorrect information in the application will debar the applicant.
  • On admission, each student will be assigned an Enrolment Number which will hold good till he / she completes the course. In all communications with the office, the Enrolment number should be quoted.

IDENTITY CARD

  • • Each student will be provided with an Identity Card which is valid for the duration of the course. Students should submit 3 stamp size photographs for the same.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admissions will be made at the Office of the Distance Education Programme Tiruchirappalli Diocesan Educational Society, Amalorpavi Office Complex, No.4, Dindigul Road, Tiruchirappalli - 620 001,

A Passport size Photograph should be affixed in the space provided for.

Filled in Application Form must be submitted with the following certificates :

FOR ADMISSION TO M.A.

1. Certificate of the UG Degree in Bharathanatyam / Music (3 attested copies)

(OR)

Certificate of any UG Degree (3 attested copies)

2. In case of applicants who have qualifications from other countries, Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi should be produced. Admissions will be decided on an individual basis by the competent authority of the university.

3. Transfer Certificate (3 Attested Copies)

4. Mark Statements of all semesters. (3 attested copies)

5. Birth Certificate (3 attested copies)

6. Community Certificate (3 attested copies)

7. 6 passport size Photographs and 3 stamp size photographs.

8. Aadhar Card Copy

FOR ADMISSION TO DIPLOMA

1. Plus Two certificate or equivalent-certificate (3 attested copies).

4. Five Passport size Photographs and 3 stamp size photographs.

5. Aadhar Card Copy

FOR ADMISSION TO TEACHER TRAINING DIPLOMA COURSE

1. Plus Two Mark Statement (3 attested copies).

The candidates from other countries, should produce Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

2. Certificate in Dance/ Music ( 3 Attested Copies)

3. Transfer Certificate (3 attested copies)
